Account Deletion
Effective Date: September 18, 2026
Wiser POS System LLC (“Wiser Transit,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your ability to manage your account and personal information.
This Account Deletion Policy explains how Wiser Transit merchants and authorized users may request deletion of their accounts, what happens after an account-deletion request, and what information Wiser Transit may need to retain for legitimate business, security, legal, regulatory, tax, payment, fraud-prevention, or dispute-resolution purposes.
Account deletion is permanent and is different from temporarily suspending, deactivating, or logging out of an account.
1. Requesting Account Deletion
You may initiate an account-deletion request directly through Wiser Transit.
The account-deletion option may be available through:
Settings → Account → Delete Account
If you are unable to access your account or need assistance with the deletion process, contact:
Please provide sufficient information for us to identify the applicable Wiser Transit account.
For your security, do not send passwords, PINs, one-time verification codes, or complete payment-card information by email.
2. Account Deletion Process
Wiser Transit may use a multi-step process designed to protect accounts from unauthorized deletion.
The process may include:
-
Selecting Delete Account;
-
Reviewing important information about account deletion;
-
Verifying your identity;
-
Confirming that you understand deletion is permanent;
-
Submitting the final deletion request; and
-
Receiving confirmation that the request has been received.
Wiser Transit may modify the specific interface or verification steps from time to time for security, usability, or legal reasons.
3. Delete Account Notice
Before submitting an account-deletion request,Wiser Transit may display information explaining the consequences of deletion.
The notice may explain that:
-
Access to the Wiser Transitaccount will be permanently removed;
-
Products, settings, reports, and other account information may no longer be available;
-
Certain information may continue to be retained where legally or reasonably required;
-
Outstanding balances or obligations are not canceled by deleting an account;
-
Payment disputes and chargebacks may continue after deletion;
-
Hardware-return obligations may continue after deletion;
-
Independent accounts maintained by third-party providers may not automatically be deleted; and
-
Information permanently deleted byWiser Transit may not be recoverable.
Users may be required to select Continue to Delete Account before proceeding.
4. Identity Verification
Because account deletion is a sensitive and potentially irreversible action, Wiser Transit may take reasonable steps to verify the identity and authority of the person requesting deletion.
Verification may include:
-
Confirming access to the registered email address;
-
Confirming access to the registered telephone number;
-
Requiring authentication through the Wiser Transit account;
-
Sending a one-time verification code;
-
Requiring a PIN or other authorized authentication method;
-
Requesting confirmation from an authorized business administrator;
-
Confirming business or account information; or
-
Requesting other information reasonably necessary to prevent unauthorized deletion.
For example, Wiser Transit may send a six-digit verification code to the registered email address associated with the account.
Users should never share passwords, PINs, or verification codes with anyone, including individuals claiming to represent Wiser Transit support.
Wiser Transit will not intentionally delete a business account based on a request from someone who is not authorized to manage or close that account.
5. Final Confirmation
Before a permanent account-deletion request is submitted, Wiser Transit may require a final confirmation.
The confirmation may state:
Permanently Delete Account?
This action cannot be undone.
Deleting your account will permanently remove your access to Wiser Transit Certain transaction, payment, security, tax, accounting, fraud-prevention, dispute, and legally required records may continue to be retained as permitted or required by law.
Before deleting your account, you should export any business information that you are authorized and legally permitted to retain.
Wiser Transit may require the user to confirm:
“I understand that account deletion is permanent and that I may lose access to my Wiser Transit data.”
A final action such as Permanently Delete Account may then be required.
6. Account Deletion Request Received
After a valid deletion request has been submitted, Wiser Transit may display or send a confirmation informing the user that the request has been received.
The confirmation may state:
Account Deletion Requested
Your account deletion request has been received.
Wiser Transit will begin processing the request. Most eligible account-deletion requests are intended to be completed within 30 days, although certain information may need to be retained longer for legal, payment, security, fraud-prevention, tax, accounting, dispute, regulatory, or other legitimate purposes.
Wiser Transit may send a separate confirmation when the applicable deletion process has been completed.
7. Immediate Security Measures After a Deletion Request
After a verified account-deletion request is submitted, Wiser Transitmay take reasonable steps to protect the account while the request is being processed.
These steps may include:
-
Restricting new account activity;
-
Preventing new transactions where appropriate;
-
Revoking active login sessions;
-
Restricting administrative access;
-
Disconnecting certain integrations;
-
Disabling certain devices or credentials;
-
Preventing creation of new users;
-
Preserving information required for legal or security purposes; and
-
Taking other reasonable protective measures.
Wiser Transit may delay certain restrictions where doing so is necessary to resolve outstanding transactions, refunds, disputes, legal requirements, or account obligations.
8. Merchant Account Owners
A Merchant account may contain business information, employee accounts, transaction records, products, inventory information, reports, customer information, settings, integrations, and other business data.
A request to permanently delete an entire Merchant account generally must be submitted or authorized by the Merchant account owner or another person with sufficient administrative authority.
Wiser Transit may verify the request before permanently deleting the Merchant account.
9. Employee and Authorized User Accounts
Employees, administrators, or other authorized users may have individual login profiles connected to a Merchant account.
Deletion of an individual user's account or access profile does not necessarily delete the underlying Merchant account or business records.
A Merchant may remove an employee's access without deleting the Merchant's business account.
Business records belonging to the Merchant may remain associated with the Merchant account after an individual user's access is removed.
10. What Happens When an Account Is Deleted
After a valid account-deletion request is confirmed and processed, Wiser Transit may:
-
Remove account access;
-
Deactivate login credentials;
-
Remove user profile information;
-
Remove stored account preferences;
-
Disconnect applicable integrations;

Remove information that is no longer reasonably necessary;
-

Account deletion is intended to permanently remove the account rather than merely place it into an inactive status.

Wiser Transit may disconnect applicable payment integrations as part of the account-deletion process.
However, third parties may retain information according to their own legal obligations, contractual requirements, privacy policies, security requirements, and data-retention practices.

Hardware balances;
-
Equipment-return obligations;

Chargebacks;
-
Refund obligations;

Custom-development charges;

Refund eligibility remains subject to theWiser Transit Refund, Cancellation & Subscription Policy.
15. Wiser Transit-Owned Equipment
If your account includes equipment that is rented, leased, loaned, or otherwise owned by Wiser Transit, account deletion does not eliminate your obligation to return that equipment.

17. Backups
Information deleted from active Wiser Transit systems may temporarily remain within secure system backups.
Backup copies may be retained for a limited period according to Wiser Transit backup, disaster-recovery, security, and retention procedures.
Information remaining solely within backups will generally be removed, overwritten, or rendered unavailable through normal backup-retention processes unless continued retention is required by law or for another legitimate purpose.

16. Children's Privacy

We do not knowingly solicit personal information directly from children in violation of applicable law.
Merchants using Wiser Transit remain responsible for ensuring that information they collect concerning minors is handled in accordance with applicable law.
17. Business Transfers
If Wiser Transit undergoes a merger, acquisition, reorganization, financing, bankruptcy, sale of assets, or similar transaction, personal information may be reviewed, transferred, disclosed, or otherwise processed as part of that transaction and any associated due diligence, subject to applicable law.
18. Changes to This Privacy Policy

Refund, Cancellation & Subscription Policy
Effective Date: September 18, 2026
This Refund, Cancellation & Subscription Policy (“Policy”) applies to subscriptions, software services, implementation services, hardware, equipment, add-ons, and other products or services provided by Wiser POS System LLC (“Wiser Transit,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
This Policy forms part of the Wiser Transit Terms & Conditions and applies to businesses and merchants using Wiser Transit products and services.
By purchasing, subscribing to, activating, or continuing to use a paid Wiser Transit Service, you agree to this Policy.
1. Subscription Services
Certain Wiser Transit products and services are offered through recurring subscription plans.
Depending on the plan selected, subscriptions may be billed:
-
Monthly;
-
Annually; or
-
According to another billing period disclosed when you enroll.
Your applicable subscription price, billing frequency, included features, and other charges will be disclosed through your order, checkout page, merchant account, proposal, pricing page, or other applicable agreement.
2. Automatic Renewal
Unless expressly stated otherwise, recurring Wiser Transit subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each applicable billing period until canceled.
By starting a recurring subscription, you authorize Wiser Transit to charge the payment method associated with your account for applicable recurring subscription charges.
If your subscription is billed monthly, it will generally renew each month.
If your subscription is billed annually, it will generally renew at the end of each annual subscription period.
You remain responsible for canceling your subscription before the next renewal date if you do not want it to renew.
3. Authorization for Recurring Charges
By enrolling in a paid recurring subscription, you authorize Wiser Transit and our authorized payment processing partner to process recurring payments associated with your Wiser Transit account.
This authorization remains effective until:
-
You cancel the applicable subscription;
-
Wiser Transit terminates the subscription;
-
The applicable agreement expires without renewal; or
-
Recurring billing otherwise ends.
Wiser Transit will not intentionally charge a recurring subscription fee that was not disclosed or authorized.
4. How to Cancel a Subscription
You may request cancellation of a Wiser Transit subscription through any cancellation option made available within your merchant account or by contacting:
support@WiserTransit.com
Your cancellation request should identify the business and Wiser Transit account associated with the subscription.
For account security, we may reasonably verify that the person requesting cancellation is an authorized representative of the Merchant.
We will not require unnecessary steps solely for the purpose of preventing or unreasonably delaying a valid cancellation.
5. Effective Date of Cancellation
Unless otherwise stated in a separate agreement, cancellation stops future automatic renewal of the subscription.
Your paid Services will generally remain available until the end of your current paid billing period.
For example, if a monthly subscription has already been paid and you cancel during that month, the subscription will normally remain active through the end of that billing period and will not renew for the following billing period.
Cancellation does not automatically create a right to a refund for amounts previously charged.
6. No Prorated Refunds
Unless required by applicable law or expressly agreed otherwise in writing, Wiser Transit does not provide prorated refunds or credits for:
-
Partially used billing periods;
-
Unused days during a billing period;
-
Failure to use the Services;
-
Voluntary account closure;
-
Temporary periods during which a Merchant chooses not to use the Services;
-
Removal of an employee or location;
-
A Merchant's decision to discontinue its business; or
-
Cancellation after a recurring charge has already been properly processed.
Canceling a subscription prevents future renewal but generally does not reverse charges for a billing period that has already begun.
7. Billing Errors
If Wiser Transit charges you after a valid cancellation should have taken effect because of a Wiser Transit billing error, please contact:
support@Wiser Transit.com
If we confirm that a charge was made in error, Wiser Transitwill correct the billing error and, where appropriate, issue a refund or account credit.
8. Refund Eligibility
Except as expressly provided in this Policy, purchases and subscription fees are generally non-refundable once the applicable Service has been provided, activated, made available, or the applicable billing period has begun.
Wiser Transit may issue a refund or credit where:
-
Wiser Transit charged an incorrect amount;
-
A duplicate charge occurred;
-
A charge occurred after a valid cancellation became effective;
-
Wiser Transit expressly agreed in writing to provide a refund;
-
A particular offer includes a stated refund right; or
-
Applicable law requires a refund.
Wiser Transit may also issue refunds or credits on a discretionary basis depending on the circumstances.
A discretionary refund does not create an obligation to provide similar refunds in the future.
9. Free Trials and Promotional Periods
Wiser Transit may occasionally offer free trials, promotional pricing, discounted subscriptions, or introductory periods.
When a free trial or promotional period automatically converts into a paid subscription, the applicable offer should identify material information such as:
-
The trial or promotional period;
-
The price that will apply afterward;
-
The billing frequency; and
-
How to cancel before paid billing begins.
If payment authorization is required for a free trial, you authorize Wiser Transit to begin charging the disclosed subscription price after the trial ends unless you cancel before the applicable conversion date.
Promotional pricing may expire automatically at the end of the disclosed promotional period.
10. Upgrades
When you upgrade to a higher Wiser Transit plan or add paid functionality, the upgrade may become effective immediately.
Depending on the applicable plan and billing configuration, Wiser Transit may:
-
Charge the difference immediately;
-
Apply a prorated adjustment;
-
Apply the new price beginning with the next billing period; or
-
Apply another billing treatment disclosed when you request the upgrade.
Any applicable charge will be disclosed through the relevant ordering or account process.
11. Downgrades
Unless otherwise specified, a subscription downgrade generally becomes effective at the beginning of the next billing period.
Certain functionality, storage, reports, locations, users, devices, integrations, or other features may no longer be available after a downgrade.
Merchants are responsible for exporting or preserving information they reasonably need before a downgrade takes effect where the downgrade affects access to particular functionality.
12. Failed Payments
If we are unable to collect an amount when due, Wiser Transit or our payment processing partner may attempt to process the payment again using the authorized payment method associated with your account.
Wiser Transit may notify you and request that you update your payment information.
If payment remains outstanding, Wiser Transit may:
-
Restrict paid functionality;
-
Suspend the affected subscription;
-
Disable certain premium features;
-
Decline additional purchases;
-
Terminate the affected Service; or
-
Pursue collection of valid outstanding amounts.
Suspension or termination for nonpayment does not eliminate amounts properly owed before the suspension or termination.
13. Subscription Price Changes
Wiser Transit may change subscription pricing from time to time.
When a material price change affects an existing recurring subscription, we will provide reasonable advance notice where required by applicable law or agreement.
The updated price will generally apply beginning with a future billing period identified in the applicable notice.
If you do not want to continue at the new price, you may cancel the affected subscription before the new price becomes effective.
14. Setup, Installation and Implementation Fees
Setup, installation, configuration, onboarding, implementation, training, data migration, integration, customization, programming, and similar professional service fees may be charged separately from subscription fees.
Unless expressly stated otherwise in writing:
Implementation and setup fees become non-refundable once Wiser Transit has begun performing the applicable work.
This is because personnel time, technical work, configuration, development, project management, and other resources may already have been committed to the Merchant's project.
If a project is canceled before work begins, Wiser Transit may determine whether some or all of a prepaid implementation fee is refundable.
15. Custom Development
Fees associated with custom software development, integrations, custom reporting, special configurations, API development, or other Merchant-specific work are generally non-refundable once work has begun.
Separate statements of work, proposals, development agreements, or order forms may establish additional payment, cancellation, milestone, and refund terms.
Where those terms conflict with this Policy, the specific written agreement governing the custom project will control for that project.
16. Hardware Purchases
Wiser Transit may sell compatible point-of-sale hardware, terminals, tablets, printers, scanners, accessories, or other equipment.
Unless a separate order or hardware agreement states otherwise, a request to return purchased hardware should be made within 14 calendar days after delivery.
To qualify for a standard return, hardware generally must be:
-
Unused;
-
Unactivated;
-
Undamaged;
-
In original condition;
-
In its original packaging; and
-
Accompanied by the included components and accessories.
Wiser Transit reserves the right to decline returns involving equipment that has been materially used, damaged, altered, improperly installed, or returned incomplete.
Shipping and delivery charges are generally non-refundable unless the return results from an error by Wiser Transit or applicable law requires otherwise.
17. Activated Payment Devices
Payment terminals and other security-sensitive payment hardware may be subject to additional restrictions after they have been activated, provisioned, registered, paired with an account, or otherwise placed into service.
Such devices may not qualify for a standard change-of-mind return after activation.
This does not eliminate applicable rights relating to defective equipment or manufacturer warranties.
18. Defective Hardware
If hardware purchased directly from Wiser Transit arrives materially defective or does not function as reasonably intended, contact:
support@Wiser Transit.com
as soon as reasonably possible.
Wiser Transit may troubleshoot the equipment before authorizing replacement or return.
Depending on the circumstances, remedy for confirmed defective hardware may include:
-
Repair;
-
Replacement;
-
Manufacturer warranty assistance;
-
Account credit; or
-
Refund where appropriate.
Hardware manufactured by a third party may also be subject to the manufacturer's warranty, repair process, replacement procedure, and warranty exclusions.
19. Rented, Loaned or Wiser Transit-Owned Equipment
Some Wiser Transit plans may include hardware that is rented, leased, loaned, or otherwise provided for use without transferring ownership to the Merchant.
Such equipment remains the property of Wiser Transit unless an applicable written agreement expressly states that ownership transfers to the Merchant.
If the applicable Service ends, Wiser Transit may require that Wiser Transit-owned equipment be returned.
The Merchant is responsible for reasonable care of equipment while it is under the Merchant's possession or control.
The Merchant may be responsible for replacement costs associated with equipment that is:
-
Lost;
-
Stolen;
-
Intentionally damaged;
-
Materially damaged through misuse; or
-
Not returned after a valid return request.
Any specific return deadline or equipment charge established in a separate hardware or subscription agreement will control.
20. Merchant Closure
Closing, selling, transferring, restructuring, or discontinuing a Merchant's business does not automatically cancel a Wiser Transit subscription.
The Merchant or an authorized representative must request cancellation in accordance with this Policy.
Amounts properly charged before cancellation remains effective remain payable.
If the business is transferred to a new owner, Wiser Transit may require the new owner to establish a new account or complete additional verification.
21. Account Suspension
Wiser Transit may suspend Services in accordance with the Wiser Transit Terms & Conditions, including circumstances involving:
-
Nonpayment;
-
Fraud;
-
Security threats;
-
Unauthorized access;
-
Illegal activity;
-
Material violation of our Terms;
-
Excessive payment risk;
-
Payment-partner requirements;
-
Card-network requirements; or
-
Other circumstances reasonably requiring immediate action.
A suspension caused by a Merchant's violation of Wiser Transit requirements does not automatically entitle the Merchant to a refund.
22. Termination by Wiser Transit
If Wiser Transit permanently terminates a paid Service without cause and the Merchant has prepaid for a future period that Wiser Transit will not provide, Wiser Transit may provide an appropriate prorated credit or refund for the unused prepaid Service period.
No such refund is required to the extent termination results from:
-
Merchant fraud;
-
Illegal activity;
-
Material breach of the Terms;
-
Abuse of the Services;
-
Nonpayment;
-
Security threats;
-
Prohibited business activity; or
-
Other Merchant conduct that reasonably justifies termination.
Nothing in this section limits rights that cannot legally be waived.
23. Payment Processing Services
Payment processing services accessible through Wiser Transit may be provided by our authorized Payment Processing Partner.
Fees, refunds, disputes, chargebacks, settlements, payout schedules, reserves, transaction reversals, and other payment-processing matters may also be subject to terms established by the Payment Processing Partner.
A refund of a Wiser Transit subscription or software fee does not automatically reverse or refund separate payment-processing fees, banking fees, card-network fees, chargebacks, transaction costs, or other amounts imposed independently by third parties.
Similarly, cancellation of a Wiser Transit subscription does not automatically terminate a separate contractual relationship a Merchant may have with a Payment Processing Partner or other third-party service provider.
24. Customer Transaction Refunds
This Policy concerns amounts Merchants pay to Wiser Transit.
It does not establish the Merchant's refund policy for products or services the Merchant sells to its own customers.
Each Merchant is responsible for:
-
Establishing its customer refund policy;
-
Clearly communicating that policy;
-
Processing customer refunds when required;
-
Complying with applicable consumer-protection laws; and
-
Managing disputes and chargebacks associated with its customers.
Wiser Transit does not become responsible for a Merchant's customer obligations merely because the transaction was processed using Wiser Transit technology.
25. Chargebacks Concerning Wiser Transit Fees
If you believe a Wiser Transit charge is incorrect, please contact us promptly at:
support@Wiser Transit.com
so we can investigate the matter.
Nothing in this Policy eliminates any lawful dispute rights you may have with your financial institution.
However, initiating an improper or fraudulent chargeback does not eliminate an otherwise valid contractual payment obligation to Wiser Transit.
Wiser Transit may suspend an account or seek payment of properly owed amounts where a Wiser Transit charge is reversed without a valid contractual or legal basis.
26. Credits
Any promotional, goodwill, discretionary, or account credit issued by Wiser Transit:
-
Has no cash value unless expressly stated otherwise;
-
May be limited to Wiser Transit Services;
-
May have an expiration date if disclosed when issued;
-
Cannot ordinarily be transferred to another Merchant; and
-
Does not constitute an admission of liability.
27. Taxes
Refund calculations generally do not include taxes that Wiser Transit is legally required to retain or remit.
Where tax associated with a refunded transaction is legally refundable, Wiser Transit will process the applicable tax adjustment as appropriate.
28. Termination Does Not Eliminate Existing Obligations
Cancellation, suspension, or termination does not eliminate obligations that arose before the effective date of cancellation or termination.
This may include:
-
Unpaid subscription fees;
-
Hardware amounts;
-
Implementation fees;
-
Custom-development charges;
-
Valid outstanding invoices;
-
Equipment return obligations;
-
Chargebacks;
-
Refund obligations;
-
Contractual commitments; or
-
Other amounts properly owed.
29. Separate Agreements
Certain Merchants may have a separate:
-
Order form;
-
Enterprise agreement;
-
Hardware agreement;
-
Lease agreement;
-
Custom-development agreement;
-
Statement of work;
-
Promotional agreement; or
-
Other written contract with Wiser Transit.
Where a specific written agreement contains refund or cancellation provisions that conflict with this general Policy, the specific written agreement will control with respect to the subject matter it covers.
30. Changes to This Policy
Wiser Transit may update this Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our Services, pricing models, business operations, legal requirements, hardware programs, or relationships with third-party service providers.
Material changes affecting an existing paid subscription will be communicated where required by applicable law or contract.
The Effective Date at the top of this Policy indicates when the current version became effective.

Wiser transit cannot guarantee that a Merchant will be approved for or remain eligible for third-party payment services.

Security Policy
Effective Date: September 18, 2026
Wiser POS System LLC (“Wiser transit,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) takes the security of our merchants, users, systems, and information seriously.
This Security Policy describes the general security practices and principles Wiser transit uses to protect information and maintain the security, confidentiality, integrity, and availability of our websites, applications, point-of-sale software, merchant tools, devices, integrations, and related services (collectively, the “Services”).
This Policy is intended to provide a general overview of our security approach. For security reasons, Wiser transit does not publicly disclose confidential technical configurations, internal security procedures, system architecture, fraud-detection rules, access credentials, infrastructure details, or other information that could compromise the security of our Services.
1. Security Program
Wiser transit maintains administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect information against unauthorized access, acquisition, disclosure, alteration, destruction, loss, or misuse.
Our security program is designed to consider factors such as:
-
The nature of the information we process;
-
The sensitivity of the information;
-
The Services we provide;
-
Reasonably foreseeable security threats;
-
Applicable legal and contractual requirements;
-
The technologies used to operate our Services; and
-
The risks associated with unauthorized access or disclosure.
Wiser transit reviews and updates its security practices as appropriate in response to changes in technology, business operations, identified risks, and applicable requirements.

Payment processing services may be provided by our authorized Payment Processing Partner and other approved financial service providers.
Depending on the payment method and configuration, sensitive payment information may be transmitted directly to or processed by the applicable Payment Processing Partner or approved payment technology rather than being directly handled by Wiser transit.
Wiser transit seeks to minimize unnecessary access to sensitive payment information.
Merchants and users must not attempt to store, transmit, collect, or obtain sensitive payment authentication information through unauthorized methods.
Wiser transit may implement or support security practices designed to help meet applicable payment-industry security requirements.
Nothing in this Policy should be interpreted as representing that Wiser transit holds a particular certification unless Wiser transit expressly confirms that certification separately.
6. Payment Terminals and Devices
Payment terminals and other supported devices should be protected against unauthorized access, modification, replacement, or tampering.
Merchants are responsible for maintaining reasonable physical security over devices under their control.

Wiser transit relies on third-party providers for certain technology, infrastructure, communications, payment, hosting, security, analytics, and operational services.
Wiser transit seeks to use service providers capable of maintaining security measures appropriate to the services they provide and the information they process.
Where appropriate, WiserTransit may evaluate security considerations associated with service providers and require contractual security or confidentiality obligations.
Third-party providers remain responsible for the security of systems and services independently operated by them.
No third-party provider should be interpreted as part of WiserTransit unless expressly stated otherwise.

When information is no longer reasonably required, WiserTransit may delete, anonymize, securely dispose of, or otherwise appropriately manage the information in accordance with applicable requirements and internal procedures.
Information may remain within secure backups or legally required records for an appropriate period.
Additional information regarding data retention is available in the WiserTransit Privacy Policy.
15. Backups and Business Continuity
WiserTransit may maintain backups, redundancy, recovery capabilities, and other operational safeguards appropriate to our Services.
These measures are designed to support recovery from certain system failures, data-loss events, operational disruptions, or security incidents.
WiserTransit does not guarantee that every Service will remain continuously available or that every interruption can be prevented.
Maintenance, third-party outages, network failures, telecommunications failures, natural disasters, cyberattacks, and circumstances beyond WiserTransit's reasonable control may affect Service availability.
16. Security Updates
WiserTransit may release security updates, application updates, firmware updates, configuration changes, or other improvements to protect or maintain the Services.
Merchants and users may be required to install or permit installation of certain updates to continue securely using WiserTransit.
Older or unsupported versions of software or hardware may eventually lose access to certain Services where continued support would create a security, compatibility, legal, or operational risk.

26. Third-Party Security Incidents
WiserTransit integrates with and depends on certain independent third-party services.
A security incident affecting an independent third party does not necessarily constitute a security incident within WiserTransit systems.

Such actions may include:
